Meet Our Pet Hosts
Erin is the owner of dogwalker etc & has been welcoming pets to her home for the last 5 years. She has a lovely home in Manoa Valley and it is an ideal spot for dogs. Erin provides boarding for one pooch at a time to ensure each is a perfect fit with her family. She shares her home with 3 cavalier king charles spaniels and 1 cat named Elian. Dogs boarding with Erin can expect the royal treatment of unlimited walks and cuddle time every night before bedtime. The dogwalker etc office is located on the same property so she is home all day along with the other office staff. “Our office is always full of people ready to give love & bellyrubs in between working”.
Gerhild provides much of our luxury private boarding services in her mountain top home in Central Oahu. She has a gentle demeanor and that shows through when she works with our clients. Gerhild & her husband have lived on Oahu for over thirty years. They happily share their home with their parrot Brando & two dogs Maui & Hapa (pictured).
Amparo & Ted are very caring, kind & compassionate people. They have a beautiful home on the Windward side of Oahu which they share with their beloved pet Truman (pictured). Now both retired they spend much of their day spoiling Truman and enjoying their various hobbies. Amparo is originally from South America & Ted grew up right here in Honolulu, a Roosevelt grad. They are the best kind of host family providing an safe, clean & fun environment to our private boarding guests.
Barbara seems to always have a client in her home! The perfect vacation home for any pet; quiet, calm & full of love. Barb’s home is located in beautiful Kaneohe and is open to all types of pets. She has no pets of her own so it’s ideal for those needing one on one care. Barb is now retired but enjoyed a long career working in Waikiki as a Corporate Secretary. This job is ideal for her now because she can spend her days at home with our client’s pets giving them the best care out there!
Rachel is one of our busiest private boarding hosts. Her leeward home is the perfect vacation place for any lucky pup who likes lots of walks, attention & loving of course! She shares her home with 1 dog (her best buddy Steeler) and her family: husband Norman & son Noah. Rachel looks forward to meeting many more pets & welcomes them to her home like family.

Clint is originally from Perry, Oklahoma. He has called Hawaii home since 2009 and loves the island way of life! In addition to being a pet host for DWE, Clint’s full time job is as a web programmer in Captain Cook. When not hard at work, Clint can be found surfing, snorkeling & hanging with his cats Ponyboy and Sodapop (pictured).
