Build a Dog Park, Build a Community

 The Ala Wai Playground Assc. has had to put the building of their approved park on hold since April 2006 because our land is being used for the “Beach Walk Sewer Project”. This project could last up to another 5 years before we can get our approved park.

On March 28, 2008 we proposed an alternate site to Lester Chang, the Director of Parks & Rec., to grant us a temporary site & permit at the Ala Wai Community Park. We have been waiting for any word on our proposal.

 Please, friends & neighbors support our efforts by sending an email to Lester Chang and our Mayor Mufi Hanneman to grant our request.
